* Probably summer ’59 or ’60... and, I know... it’s a horribly-damaged photo. But, I’m putting it up for two reasons:

       1) For those who never saw a 1950s refreshment stand, and
       2) My mom’s behind the counter (she’s on the left).

This picture shows the west end of the concession building. Patrons had choices such as nickel candy, 20-cent hot dogs, 10-cent popcorn (.20 for buttered), and 10-cent Orange Crush available from the fountain (coffee and tobacco products for the adults, of course).
