In the late 50's when I was 4 or 5, I remember watching the Wuerth being torn down. The small businessed in the photo were actually the lobby and the main theatre extended into the rear, what is now a parking lot.

There doesn't appear to be a trace of the Forum left, at 1200 seats it would have been a decent-sized downtown house.
