The original Barton Theater Organ from this theater was brought back to Marshall in 1977 and installed inside a gift shop in Downtown Marshall called The Mole Hole. It is played during the year by an organist from Lansing, and also has the capability to play on its own. For more information about the organ, please call 269-781-5923.

Here is some new info on the Garden Theatre in Marshal MI, The owner told me the theatre opened in 1915 and closed in 1958, it just so happens my neighbor had a row of three seat at his house that his sister gave him and then he gave me them. I found out about the seats came from the theatre after talking to the owner of the now garden theatre coffee shop. you are welcome to use this link with my photos to upload the seat photos on your site if you like. link for photos. http://hs.

My 81 year old father always tells of going to the Garden Theater. The building has been a Gambles hardware and Goodwill, I am not sure what it is right now.
