I had never heard of this place until I spotted an old high school yearbook ad for it. It was on Woodward at 13 1/2 Mile Rd. The street address from the old days is no longer operable. It seems from the ads it was built in the late 40's. One ad featured "Ted's Trailer" at Woodward and Square Lake which is a precursor to the renowned Ted's Drive-In that all Detroit area cruisers are familiar with. The "Ted's" moniker was also associated with the Hollywood so clearly there was an owner affiliation here. However, a 1949 article listed the owner as Paul Stutzman. The Hollywood is long gone.
