The building that once house the Carnation Restaurant is gone. It and the building next to it were destroyed by a fire in 2011. The restaurant was still open up until that time. It was to the left of the building in your photo.
This is a really nice building that once housed the Carnation Restaurant. It appears to be empty as of 2024. The Carnation goes back to 1925 and was run by the Pappas family. It was still going as late as 1994.
