This place started out as Chandler's (Gladys Chandler, owner) at 12022 Dixie but eventually became Oscar & Joey's at 12027 Dixie. It closed around 2023 and the building was demolished by 2024. Reviews were pretty good and they had a buffalo head mounted on the wall so that's pretty cool. Dave Minar ran Oscar & Joey's and named the place after his dogs.
