I found this old airstrip while looking at historical aerial photography. I am not sure the name it operated under so I will call it Holly Landing Field for now. There was an airport in Holly closer to downtown also. The last remnant of that is a street called Airport Drive. This old airstrip had a tool and die shop on the southern corner which is still there. I am not sure if it was affiliated with the old airstrip. There used to be some buildings just north of the shop on Dixie which are now gone, perhaps those were for the air strip.
