This motel goes back to the 1950's. It sat near where Holiday Inn Express sits as of 2023 on Depyster St. It lasted until the early 1990's and was demolished. It was once owned and operated by Earl L. "Fluff" Vendt who passed away in 1994. Update 7-7-2023: It looks as though this place later operated as the Quarterdeck Motel run by Bill and Jennie Grey in the 70's and Homer Rector in the 90's. There was a small fire in the 1990's.
