This 16 room motel opened back in the 50's or 60's and was operated by Jacky and Farmer Don Marlin. At some point the motel closed but it appears it is an active apartment complex as of 2022. I am not sure if it is connected to the Marlin Mobile Home Community which sits on the lot also.
