This one gets complicated. I believe the original name for this place was Paner's Motel. It then switched to Beach 'N' Pines. At the end of it's days, it was Arseneau's 4 Seasons Motel & Resort, run by Ross and Erika Arseneau. At one point it had breakfast, a gift shop, and motor boat rentals. As of 2022, there appears to be one structure left seems to be a private residence. That one house might go back to the time when it was a motel.
The long driveway is still present which would go back to 1958 or before when the place was built. I am using the address from the postcard but today it would be just south of where the main buildings were. Most of the old structures are gone. There may have been some structures on the beachfront that were associated with the place also. I imagine they might have had a small beach for swimming and a dock.
