Pringle's was started by William and Anna Pringle, probably in the 1950's. It offered cottages, a motel, a gas station, and a tavern. I am not seeing it on the street views nor was I able to locate it on the historical aerial photos. I will eventually figure it out and update this listing.
From the postcard: "You'll find - 8 completely modern lakeshore housekeeping cottages, accommodations 4 to 8 persons. Electric refrigeration, gas stove and oil heat. Spacious units in our new motel. Safe, sandy beach. Shaded playground. Shuffleboard, boats, motors and bait available. Restaurants, stores and amusement nearby. Open year ‘round."
