This motel seems to be operating as the Marlette Inn as of 2022 although it isn't listed on Google Maps as such. It was previously named the Antonious Motel before that. If I had to guess, it was probably run under different names as well. It seemed to to have been closed altogether in the past also. There was once a restaurant out front called the Hi-Way Host but that is long gone.
The actual address given for the place traces to the home next door which may be the owners quarters. There doesn't seem to be an address for the motel building itself. The place does show up on the 1957 aerial photo so it has been around for decades. I didn't find any articles on it in the newspaper archives. It also possible it is operating as an apartment building which would explain the lack of a motel listing for it.
