This old motel was built sometime after 1955 and before 1974. Checking the ownership records, I was able to determine the address. Sure enough, a structure resembling a small motel appears on the 1974 aerial photo at that location. A bank and a Wendy's sits on the lot as of 2022. The motel was started by the Fell family but was also run by the Dickinson Family for several years. It was demolished by 1999.
