The Bon Lynn goes back to the 1960's and the building is adjacent to Garden Bowl. It was operated by Nathan Miller in the early days who passed away in 1971. Previously, the address was being used for auto sales. There was a botched robbery there in 1976 so it was still operating as a motel at the time. Later, it was converted to an office building which it still is as of 2023.
