Update 4/20/2025: A few ads in the newspaper archives this place goes back to the 50's or before. It was up for sale in 1965. Still no address.
This facility I believe was near where Black Bear Inn sits as of 2024. I am not seeing any structures resembling this now. The cabins were run by Howard and Kay Gaut in the early days.
