This place has a long history starting in the 1940's as a Holiday Inn. That lasted until the 1980's when it became a Best Western. Later on it became the Executive Adrian Inn, a Day's Inn, then simply the Adrian Inn. It started to fall into some disrepair but then was briefly used as temporary housing for seniors in 2023 due to the city condemning the Riverview Terrace Apartments. As of 2024 the city has control of it after declaring it a public nuisance due to crime and such that occurred prior. I believe it is empty awaiting its fate but Google Maps doesn't list it as closed as of April 2025.
