From what I can see, this motel opened in the 1990's. It operated under Lee's Inn & Suites and America's Best Value Inn and Suites also. At the end it was a Days Inn when it burned in March 2024. The property was then condemned and demolition began by September 2024. The reviews on the travel sites were brutal in the last days of this motel so it wasn't going to last long anyway.
