This motel was started by the Loveland family who it seems also owned the Riviera that still sits across the street from this place. I had thought for a moment that the Riviera and Loveland's were the same but the old phone number for Loveland's is now being used by the Super 8. The historical aerial photo also looks correct.
I am not sure if any of the old structure for Loveland's still stands but the layout of the Super 8 is entirely different. The Super 8 is still operating as of 2025.
