AKA: Capitol
There were maybe 2 other Ferndale Theatres in the Detroit area, the Ferndale in Ferndale, which is definite, but there is also one listed at 7913 Ferndale, an address which doesn't appear to exist anymore. This particular house, located in MexicanTown, opened in the silent era and underwent a name change to the Capitol along the way, which is not to be confused with the Capitol downtown. It finally went dark in 1937.
