I worked there as projectionist in 1978, 79, most of 80, a small part of 81, and then again for the summer of 85. As far as I know, 1985 was the last year it was open for business. I may have been the youngest projectionist to have worked there. The man who was manager was reluctant to hire me because I was only 15, and didn't have a driver's license. About a month after I started, he told me I was the best projectionist he'd ever had, and caught on quicker than anyone he'd ever trained.
