Coldwater was really something back in the day. Many cool motels, department stores downtown, and tons of restaurants. The big stores on US-12 east of I-69 didn't exist. Little King Motel disappeared from the aerial views in the early 2000's. The lot was empty for a time but then was developed into a small strip center.
