This motel may have been a couple of cabins at first, according to the aerial photography from the 1950's. Eventually, a store and small motel were built on the site by the 1960's. I tried to find the name but was unsuccessful for now. I did find 2 people associated with the property but that didn't lead to finding out the business name. Both the store and the motel were gone by 1990. This place was probably a stop-over for folks traveling up and down 127 in the old days. It is also possible it was converted to apartments at some point.
