This motel was run by Bud and Maxine Hamacher in the early days. The building stands but it doesn't appear it is operating as a motel as of 2023. When it was open, it was marketed to skiers and snowmobilers, mostly in the Green Bay newspapers. At some point it also included a restaurant. There is what looks to be a demolished structure next to the motel so that may have been it. Next to that, it appears there is another motel or another wing of this motel. The latest date on the ads I found were from 1997.
