This motel was built sometime after 1964, probably late 60's. It started out as 10 units but eventually was expanded to 30 units in 1984 using a MEDC grant. It was operating well into the 1990's or early 2000's. The building still stands as of 2023 but it doesn't appear to be operating as a motel. That is a shame because the setting out on Coast Guard Point is amazing.
