I didn't realize there was a Manitou Beach in the Rogers City area, I am familiar with the one near Devils Lake in Lenawee County. This old motel was probably where Manitou Shores Resort sits today, or just next door. It's hard to see but I believe I can make out what looks to be the motel structure in the historical aerial photo. It is now gone. This place goes back to the 1950's and was run by Joseph Klein (misspelled on the postcard).
