The old Humphrey's Motel goes back to the early 1950's and was started by Wilbur Humphrey. Back in those days that stretch of Cedar Street was pretty empty as the 1955 aerial shows. It eventually became known as Happy's Inn Motel before it was demolished in 2018 or so.
