Labadie's was built in the 1940's as cabins, converted to apartments later on, and was gone by the 1990's. I randomly searched a bunch of addresses in the newspaper archives on that stretch of road and hit pay dirt with an old classified ad from 1960. It had the name and address of this place, otherwise I would have never figured it out. It's amazing what I get excited about these days LOL.
