Update 4/26/2025: I found what may be a lead on this place. It was a couple of classified ads from 1949 and 1954 mentioning a small motel and restaurant on the lot very near the address here. I am thinking those may refer to this place. Unfortunately no name for the motel was given in the ad.
This small motel sat near Gudith Rd, King and Dix-Toledo. It goes back to 1951 or before. It was demolished sometime after 2002 but was probably closed as a motel long before that. When I get the correct name I will update this listing.
