The 18-unit Bel-Aire probably goes back to the 60's at least. It was operated by Vince and Nell Kuzma in the early days. The sign is still pretty vintage. The motel is still operating as of 2023. This motel sits next to the Alpine Motel which sits next to the Airline Motel.
