The Delft Theatre was opened in 1916 as part of a group of 3 Delft Theaters in Northern Michigan. Seating capacity at open was 500. Reading the 1915 article it seems to indicate the theater was suitable for stage productions also. It was still open in 1957 but was demolished in 1968.
