The address on this was 124-26 S Washington Av, according to the 1950 Saginaw directory. This location, 124 S Washington Ave, was also known as the Strand, but I do not know if that was before or after 1950.

The site is an empty lot now. It was primarily a vaudeville house, and was already closed before 1960. The theater itself had very little frontage on Washington Avenue, but was a very large building that extended behind the storefronts on Washington.
