Originally opened as the New Opera House in 1904. In 1908 it It was renamed Manistique Opera House. In 1916 it was renamed Gero Theatre and became a movie theatre. In 1942 it was renamed Oak Theatre. The Oak Theatre was closed in November 1970. [Cinema Treasures]
