This theater goes back to the early 1900's. The earliest account I could find was from 1911 when it was taken over by A. V. Parmlee. The ads continue into the 1920's until the Auditorium Theatre shows up in the papers. The article about the dispute over playing films on Sunday below indicates both were going concurrently. The Yale Theater seems to have been conceived in 1937 by the owner of the Princess but was a new facility.
