The Livingston Cinema was planned by the Kitchens family who successfully operated many theaters and businesses in Michigan. They owned and operated the Fenton 6, so this would have been a replacement for that, in a sense. The property was purchased, an architect was hired, and a sign was erected on the lot. At some point the project was cancelled.
