This wasn't a religious camp but a seminary called Divine Word. It was one of 9 U.S. seminaries under the Divine Word umbrella although they operated in 31 countries. This one opened in 1955 on Lake Gogebic and was formerly known as Northern Holiday Resort operated by William Funk. The lodge was also known as the 500 Bushel Club Lodge. The size of the grounds was given as 600 acres which is pretty massive. The location is given as being adjacent to the State Park so it seems not much is left as of 2023.
