The Carriage House was a gift shop, dress shop and carried various other items. It was operated by Jon M. (Mike) Fast. I believe it was built in the 1960's. This location went under in 1976. I am not seeing the structure on any of the maps although it seems it was near the old Hillsdale Drive-In which is also long gone.
