This motel goes back to the 1960's. I haven't been able to determine the name as of yet. It still sits empty as of 2023. Although the motel is positioned on Co Rd BI (Kawbawgam Rd), I have a feeling it was listed as being on M-28. It appears there was access to the lot from M-28 and it would be a better location for a motel listing to be on M-28 as folks know where that is. The lot behind the motel is 1988 M-28 so I will go with that. Given the multiple mailboxes out front, the place was probably used as apartments also. The house next door was probably owners quarters.
