Update Jan 20, 2024: I found an old, very fuzzy scan of the Paradise Cafe that showed it was adjacent to a gas station. Extrapolating from there, I see there is an old gas station in the center of town on the shore side of M-123 that fits the bill. Next to it is an empty lot which once had a structure about the size of what the cafe would have been. It's pretty thin evidence but for now I am going to go with the address I came up with.
Harvey Smith operated the Paradise Cafe from the 1940's to 1968 until he retired. He passed away in 1972. I am not sure how long the restaurant operated beyond that time. I am not seeing the building on the street views as of 2023 but the photos are blurry so its hard to tell.
