The Tahquamenon Falls Motel goes back to the 60's at least, could be the 50's easily. It was once operated by Wilfred Jacques who was also the postmaster in Paradise. I found a classified "for sale" ad from 1993 that may have been related to this motel. The structure still stands but it appears the motel is not in use as of 2023. It appears it has been closed for quite some time.
