This motel was built in 1954 by Raymond Fazer. He was still running it as of 1974 as the article below reveals. As of 1996, the motel was being run by Ron Labelle of Spalding, who had been operating for 10 years. A fire occurred which resulted in damages of $100,000 dollars. The Candlelite Motel is still going as of 2022.
