Update Dec 31 2022: I believe this site was once the Aloha Motel. The location is correct based on the post card description and the distinctive brick-framed entrance looks to be a match. The postcard also mentions the airport across the street which is there. One interesting tidbit is the 1989 bird's eye view shows the brick front entrance to be gone. Yet, the 2019 street view shows it as being there. At first I thought the 1989 photo was somewhere else but no, everything else matches. Odd. As the address no longer exists, HERE is the Google Map link.
This place probably goes back to the 50's. I am not sure if it operated under the Twin Pines name back then. It was eventually converted to apartments and an adult center. I am not sure what the current status is. It was up for sale a few years back as of 2022.
