This 18-unit motel goes way back to the 1950's but from what I am seeing on the historical aerial photos, it was gone by the 1980's. As of 2023, the Country Hearth Inn Iron Mountain sits on the old lot but it is not the same building as the old Town & Country. This motel changed owners a few times, the roster is Mr. and Mrs. Leo Braspenick, Mr. and Mrs. Crantz, Camille and Wally Bell. The last mentions in the newspapers under the Town and Country Motel were from the late 1970's.
