I took another run at trying to find the exact location for this place. I did find a bit on the former owner which was Graham Valley. I posed the question to the Pinconning Facebook page and they indicated the place was at 506 W 5th St (as far as current addresses go). This is the NW corner of Pinconning Rd and M-13. As of 2025, this is an empty lot. It is stated that the motel was just North of Valley Pontiac GMC which once sat on the corner. Both businesses were gone by the early 2000s.
This old motel seems to go back to the 1950's or 1960's. I am not seeing any structure like this in modern-day Pinconning. There was what appears to be on old motel at US-23 and North St but I believe that is yet another motel I need to determine the origin of. It's long gone also. I will keep looking for the exact address of this motel, unfortunately there was no mention of it in my usual sources.
