I checked the recent street view photos and I believe I found the stretch of buildings where the State Theater once stood. The general size and structure matches up very well, and the distance from the corner matches up also. Particularly the building that once housed Penhale Pharmacy, the match is pretty unmistakable. Assuming the State was next door, that would mean the old Courtesy Club building was the State. I have amended the address accordingly.
