The 19 unit El Pancho Motel goes back to 1954 or before and was operated by the Lowell King family. It sat right next to Indian Trail Motel. The Indian Trail was demolished by 1998 and replaced by a Taco Bell. Eventually the El Pancho became the Travel Inn but that is closed according to Google.
