The Colonial House goes back to 1964, even though there was a building on the lot prior to that. It had a pool and a restaurant adjacent to it. I am not sure how many names it operated under but the last iteration seems to be Best Value Inn which shows up on the 2007 aerial. Sometime along the way a 2nd story had been added to the motel section. Sometime after 2007, the building was demolished and the lot is empty as of 2023.
