Update 4/26/2025: I don't know why it didn't occur to me earlier but the Wa-Wa-Jam Motel and Wa-Wa-Tam Motel are obviously the same place.
The old 11-unit Wa-Wa-Jam Motel structure is still standing as of 2023 but is not listed as an operating motel. Perhaps it is being used for apartments? It was up for sale in 1985 for $135K. This motel goes back to the 1950's and was once run by Esther Burmeister.
