D. Orr Haus was operated in the 1970's by Don and Betty Orr. Prior to that, it was the Cottonwood Motel in the 1960's or before. I was unable to pinpoint the exact location as the historical aerials for that stretch of Munson Ave didn't reveal anything that looks like this place. As the motel is probably demolished, the address doesn't exist anymore.
