US-2 is mentioned on the postcards as the street for this place but that designation doesn't exist anymore in Sault Ste Marie. I would put this motel at roughly where Mackinac Trail and Ashmun intersect as of 2023. The land the Goodwill Store at 2510 N Ashmun St occupies today appears to have once had cabins and a motel building on the site back in the 1970's. That matches the post card description in terms of the "2 mile" distance from the Soo Locks. I will go with that as the former location but I am not 100% certain.
