This old motel was started by Fran Miles, who retired in 1964 and sold the motel to Stephanie Saitis. The name was changed to Saitis Beach Motel. Alice Smith Steele also owned and operated the motel for many years. The motel still stands on Antoine St near the Breakers Motel but the building is in bad shape.
